Besides, it is necessary to add engine oil to the stamping guide way of the automatic terminal connector every 1 to 2 hours to lubricate, the lubricantion hole is on the top of the automatic terminal connector, not too much refueling each time ,2-3 drops is appropriate.

The operator needs to clean the automatic terminal connector every day to remove debris, dust and excess oil on the surface of the machine. The operator also needs to add grease to the main bearing of the automatic terminal connector on a weekly basis.

How to Avoid Damp of Automatic Terminal Connector

1. Put some quicklime in the damp corner of the room, and add some sand to the quicklime. 

2. If there is water droplets on the wall, it is recommended to purchase dehumidifiers for dehumidification, preferably using industrial dehumidifiers. 

3. If the air moisture outside the room is too high, the operator must remember to close doors and windows, if the room is too wet, to ensure ventilation, the operator can choose air conditioner, fan to dehumidify.

4. Now most air conditioners have the function of dehumidification, the operator can start the dehumidification function of air conditioner, which can effectively solve the damp problem in the room, and can also form a full range of protection for the automatic terminal connector.

5. For rooms that have been wet for a long time, we can put activated carbon in the house or spread bamboo charcoal under the indoor floor. This can achieve a very good effect on the balance of humidity in the room, as well as the prevention and treatment of dust and air purification.  In general, it is best to lay a layer of cardboard on the floor of the room.

6. When the automatic terminal connector is not working, it is best to make a protective cover to protect the equipment. This can effectively prevent the equipment from contact with wet air, but also prevent dust from entering the equipment, affecting the normal operation of the equipment. When the equipment is in operation, the heat generated by the equipment can also remove moist air. If the display of the equipment can not be displayed normally because of the humidity, the equipment can be turned on and the display can work normally after ten minutes.
