INTRODUCTION OF SPRING TERMINALS

Spring terminal is a new type of terminal equipped with spring device, which has been widely used in lighting, elevator, instrument, power supply, chemistry and automobile power. 

Spring cage technology is a relatively new connection technology, which uses the elastic force of the spring to reliably press the wire on the guide strip in the terminal to realize the electrical connection of the wire. The spring terminal adopts the novel miniature spring structure, this kind of spring structure not only saves the space greatly, but also has the following characteristics: large area marking, maximum connection capacity, multiple connection mode and strong flame retardant ability. 

Large area marking: the marking in the center of the spring terminal  is clear and eye-catching, which greatly saves the wiring time. The outer side of the terminal is also marked. 

Maximum connection capacity: The connection capacity of the spring terminal is very large, even the wire with a tubular insulated head, it can be smoothly connected to the terminal. 

Multiple connection mode: The spring terminals have two rows of connection points, with a variety of wiring mode. Its connectors have 2, 3, 4, 5, 10 and 20 bits respectively, which can be chained and multi-bit connected to the terminals. Break the metal teeth of the connector, you can reliably achieve the connection of the separated terminals. 

Strong flame retardant ability: The insulating shell of spring terminalis made of thermoplastic material of nylon, which can reach the highest grade V0 flame retardant grade of UL94 standard, it is safe and reliable. 

Advantages of Spring Terminals

1. Safety: The plastic part of the spring terminal is made of flame retardant insulating material nylon PA66. Its elastic components are made of high quality stainless steel. Therefore, the spring terminal has the characteristics of long service life, not easy to be corroded, and not easy to aging. The spring terminal can withstand 4KV high voltage and can work normally at 105℃ high temperature. The metal part is made of high quality brass, phosphorus copper and steel, and coated with tin, nickel, zinc and other protective layers on the surface of the metal part. 

2. Reliability: Spring cage technology can ensure that the connection between the terminal and the wire is reliable, and the wire does not fall off. Because the elastic force can be adjusted automatically with the wire thickness, the wire contact is reliable and not affected by the installation technology. Therefore, the spring terminal can make the wire connection reliable at any time and under any circumstances. 

3. High efficiency: The spring terminal does not need tools when wiring, just insert the wire into the terminal, greatly reducing the time of wiring. Compared with the traditional connection mode, the efficiency of this connection mode is increased by more than 80%.
