The modular connector is a connector that integrates multiple USB connectors and voice connectors. Background

With the advancement of science and technology, the introduction of new technology products is fast and amazing. The design of modern products not only requires miniaturization, but also requires compatibility with peripheral products. Therefore, technology products are often equipped with different and multiple connectors. Most of the connectors are assembled with the same interface, and connectors with different interfaces are assembled separately. However, the assembly in this way cannot integrate the different interface connectors in the assembly arrangement, and it needs to be assembled separately which makes the assembly troublesome. In addition, in today's circuit board design, in order to consider the configuration of the connector, it is necessary to reserve a specific connector position on the circuit board, thereby making the configuration of the connector inflexible. The modular connector integrates at least one USB interface and is integrated with the voice connector, and is characterized by including an insulating shell and a metal shielding case.

The insulating case is composed of an upper case and a lower case which are covered with each other. The upper and lower shells are covered to form a pair of docking surfaces and a guide surface, and a receiving chamber is contained therein, which contains at least one USB connector and one voice connector. The USB connector and the voice connector are arranged on the docking surface, and a partition prat is provided on the docking surface to locate and separate each USB connector and the voice connector.

 The metal shielding case has at least a top surface and a mating surface bent on the top surface, covering the upper shell and the abutting surface of the insulating shell. The mating surface is dug with a plurality of mating holes, corresponding to the mating the USB connector and the voice connector.

 The signal terminals of the USB connector and the voice connector are connected by a transmission line to form a cable, the cable passes through the guide surface, and a fixed portion is provided on one side of the insulating housing for it to be fixed on the application side product.

The modular connector integrates several USB connectors and voice connectors into one by diversifying the arrangement, so that it can be more flexibly combined with the motherboard, and can achieve the effect of providing different interfaces.
